At renasCON, our aim is to create an inclusive and welcoming environment where diverse perspectives are respected and valued. 3. Harassment-Free Environment

4. Physical and Emotional Safety

• Prioritize the physical and emotional safety of all participants. Be mindful of your words and actions to ensure a comfortable and welcoming atmosphere.

5. Professionalism and Integrity

• Uphold a high standard of professionalism in all interactions, both online and offline.

6. Privacy and Confidentiality

• Respect the privacy and confidentiality of others. Obtain permission before sharing personal information or images.

7. Compliance with Laws and Regulations

• Adhere to all applicable laws and regulations, both local and international, during the conference.
• Refrain from engaging in any activity that may violate legal and ethical standards.

8. Reporting and Resolution

• If you witness or experience a violation of this code of conduct, promptly report it to a designated member of the renasCON team, or email us at info@theteamphoenix.org
• Reports will be handled confidentially and with the utmost sensitivity.

9. Consequences for Violations

• Violations of this code of conduct may lead to appropriate actions, ranging from warnings to expulsion from conference activities without a refund.
• In severe cases, law enforcement may be involved.
• By participating in renasCON, you acknowledge and accept the responsibility to uphold this code of conduct. Our goal is to create a safe and enriching environment that encourages collaborative learning, networking, and growth for all attendees.
